Sculpt Your Body

​​Body Pumping is a one-hour, pre-choreographed, full-body weight-training class, with music. The client uses a bar with different weights. The load varies according to the exercises. The objective is to develop muscular endurance through numerous repetitions.

This class works on the whole body.

It takes place to music, each song working a group of muscles, it helps to increase the basic metabolism, to draw the body in finesse and to gain strength, which will allow your back to always improve and to be spared from the tensions inflicted in everyday life.
